The Microsoft Office 2019 course provides an introduction to Microsoft Word 2019, focusing on the core skills required to create, format, and finalize documents. It begins by going over the essentials of document creation, file saving and importing, and user interface navigation, including the status bar. It then delves into Ribbon functions, including tabs, groups, and commands.
The Microsoft Office 2019 session also goes over the Backstage View, often known as the File menu, which shows you how to open documents, use templates, print documents, and manage document properties. Participants will also learn about the Quick Access Toolbar, which lets them add and organize common and additional commands.
User Interface:
The Microsoft Office 2019 interface allows users to rapidly access commonly used commands, change documents, and view files. The new Office user interface for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is only available to Office 365 customers, not those who have a permanent Office 2019 subscription.
